Proposed Development Project
A proposed development project in downtown Puyallup will need to abide by the parking requirements determined by the Puyallup Municipal Code (20.55.0301 C). Off-street parking will be offered within a 1000ft radius of the building area, so the tax parcels within that radius need to be identified.

This was done through GIS, using a tool that I developed for another project. Here is a link to that project, and details about the tool.
The tool enabled me to quickly choose a buffer of 1000 feet and select the parcels where 50% of the parcel area reside within that buffer. This will help the City and future developers identify where parking for this lot will be located.
