I'm a Pacific Northwest local, and I'm here to stay. As a first generation graduate, my love for our unique geography led me to pursue a degree in biology.

Recognizing that cities offer the greatest problems and solutions in our collective relationship with nature, I was then called towards the sustainable urban development degree at UW Tacoma.

GIS offers me the most concrete way to make an impact. I can combine my brain's knack for science and data, and my heart's desire for creativity. I graduated from UWT and the GIS Certificate Program in June of 2019. I hope to use GIS to improve communication between those managing our natural resources, and people on-the-ground.
